Teething Issues

between milk and solid food

God grants us the desires of the heart,
even when they're not the best thing for us

That's why we need to die to self;
listen to the desires of the soul,
and follow the higher path

It is a lesson to learn
after we stumble,
after we graize and bruise
sulk and grumble

This is maturity of the spirit
walking in the ways of righteousness;
hearing the voice of the Father
in greater wisdom guiding us
