“Tell Me” (Inspired by Dru Hill)

Our fire: sheer seduction. If ever another, same complexion—

My love: same everything. Thus, speak the soul: alert the

Gods; and utter: pain. Ark of my mind, flood the passions—

Claw the flesh. And such music, my addiction—lost in the

Womb-fields. How deep, my love—a venture pure? Such

Color, a fane of feng shui; and such love, an hour passed

Midnight. And so iridescent our value, a featured romance.

Our fire: sheer seduction. If ever another, same complexion—

My love: same everything. Thus, storm the heart: awake the

Pulse; and utter: tears. Our voice, a silky wave: our chant,

The neighbor’s lust. This life of illusions, castles—fleeing

Clouds; and we love, roaming caves, my dearest landmark.

Hence the pain, to wander life; and hence the fear, a sated

Lie. Tell me, my heart—a favored thrust; and tell me, my

Love—the fields are sated.
