T.G.I.M.
Instead of using T.G.I.F., thank God Friday has appeared;
I’ve used the acronym T.G.I.M., thank God March is finally here!
Because with it comes the Springtime, and the end of Winter snows;
No more temperatures below zero, Senior Citizens greatest woe!

The trees begin their leaf growth, the flowers start to bloom;
The warm airs bring their promise, that in near future do they loom!
The aves begin their chirping, seeking a very interested mate;
To make darling little birdies, the Balance Of Nature sate!
.
Soon the air will smell like perfume, so sweet and saccharine;
Ending our hibernations, three months where we have been!
Oh Spring, how we all love you, your arrival brings us hope;
That we’ll heal from frigid adversities, with which we’ve had to cope!
