That awesome ocean 💙

But you will soon get used to it if the truth be told

I think it gets worse as one is getting old

You just need to brace yourself and be a little bit bold..

Now that you have splashed a while wade in up to your knees

When “Whoosh!!!”  you didn’t see that big wave roll in from behind you, “Mercy me, Oh Jees!!”

Well you are soaked to the skin with a friggin’ brain freeze

Swimming in the beautiful, briney blue seas..
                                ~
Lying on your back listening to the Seagulls screeching overhead

But when you try to step down onto that sandy seabed

You are well out of your depth so you wave your arms and tread

Bobbing about like a little yoyo not swimming but resting instead..
                              ~
That roar of this ebb and flow is like an explosion

As you are almost deafened in an overwhelming emotion

Yet this enlightening experience fills you with such devotion

Going for a dip in that awesome open ocean
