That bright yellow currant bun 🌞

That bright yellow currant bun 🌞

Can a summer load of sunshine sizzle amidst that sky right through to September from June and July

Coz don’t we all need a boost Oh me Oh my, enjoying marvellous Mother nature’s seasons as she passes them by..

Of course we won’t be disappointed if it rains through the night, coz we need to water our gardens so that will be alright

But as long as it is dry by the time it is the morning, perhaps a few constant showers just before the day is dawning..

Ooh those beautiful cobalt blue cloudless skies as we sit soaking up that bright yellow currant bun with sunshades on our eyes

Well I personally can not wait until I am lying on yon lilo in a semi clad state..

Jill, I'm dry as bone after reading your engaging and well written poem about the old currant bun.🌞😊
And currant bun was what my late father used to say about a hot day and I'm sure he would also have enjoyed reading your most heartfelt and warming poem too.👌💚
And its great to see the sun shine for now over a week and Spring and its wildlife really take hold and come to life.
Thanks for writing and sharing and I wish you well and also full honours bestowed and good luck on on your lilo!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️
