Poem -

That flying dream

I never been afraid of heights
I used to have this dream
Over and over and over again
Of myself taking flight
Used to think it only happened to me
Lol we think we're so unique
For me I'd  float out my bedroom window. And leisurely float from street lamp to street lamp  around my home town
Absolutely loving it.
Then I'd start getting higher and higher
Street lamps became little bright dots
No longer fun cos I couldn't  come down
I'd  try with all my might.
To start the dream again.
When it was fun
All of a sudden I'm back in bed
Through my window peeps the sun.

I don't dream that dream anymore. I miss it.
