Poem -
That Ol’ man river
Ol’ man river
he rushes along
singing his rhythmical,
rip-roaring,
spluttering song
Spilling sounds
that are hard to recognise
from the splurging streamlets
that collide and capsize
A diffusion of delirium
Dementia from rage
Engulfing the embankments
so unfathomable to gauge
On and on
thru the timelessness of time
never, ever in reverse
as he ascends his climb
yon shimmering sparkles
awesome glistens and gleams
that Ol’ man river
just follows his dreams
