THE ANGEL MESSENGER (The little robin)
Breaking through theĀ night the sun is dawningĀ
clouds diminish, the beckoningĀ ofĀ morning
The weather is clement with little chill
I spy a robin inĀ the garden taking his fill
He teeters on branches, redbreast aglowĀ
Oh angel messenger tell all that you know
do you visit, to sayĀ that our angelsĀ are near?
please stay awhile little one Ā don`t disappear
Let me reverie inĀ thoughts of what i believe
that you come to give comfort to thoseĀ who grieve
As time passes, seeing thisĀ little bird is Ā confirmation
that god listens to the hearts of his congregation
He sends you with his love to say ourĀ angels are fine
he knows your appearance isĀ to giveĀ a sign
I thank youĀ lord for theĀ blessing, to make us content
It was pleasure dear robin,Ā you are indeed!Ā heaven sentĀ
