THE ART CRITIC IS IN TOWN

This is not an attraction so please don't stare  
This monstrosity lacks imagination and flair 
The colour scheme is wrong and out of place 
I can't decide if this drawing is of a woman's face 

For I am an art critic and I say what I think  
I drive an artist to despair and drink 
Not my fault and I don't mean to offend 
I'm just doing my job my artistic friend 

Okay so the painting took a year to complete 
No one said art was an easy one way street 
My advice to you is to keep trying and maybe one day  
I might then have a complimentary word to say
