The Battered Mink

The fate of
the mink
the concerns
of a crowded
poultry cage
and the extinction of the whale
are all issues
that we as
humans
should be aware
of
However
the attention
given by 
activists
and time
consumed
would be
be better
utilized
if they first
protested
the inhumane
treatment
of another
important
animal
in the
animal kingdom
which
is called the "Human"

The victims in Uganda, Somalia, Sudan etc....
the countless slaves
in labor and sex
did not get
the memo
of your 
protest
against
unfair treatment 
to  animals
as they were
too busy
trying
to 
survive.....................
