The Beast

The Beast

An Asian girls satin dress
Wants a monsters sweet caress
Little boys dancing in a circle of crimson light
The beast is pleased and pats their heads
Her puppets laugh and spit on them.

Tears of blood run cold in her fountain
The jester plays his flute sitting upon a mothers skull
Warriors sit and pray
Maidens run to the beast at night
Trading a childs light for a demons touch.

The castle was born from stoned hearts of old men
Its windows were carved by a witches tooth
A key to this kingdom is a thirst that swallows your hunger
The old sage warned you all
Time to sing for a beast that calls.
