Poem -

THE BIG APPLE

Noisy yellow taxis constantly beeps
This city my friend never sleeps
Pedestrians scurry along the sidewalk
Of course I'm referring to New York

The city is so good Sinatra sang it twice
Everything is available at an asking price
Shops open throughout day and night
So much to see in the glow of a light

Buildings so high nearly touch the sky
All this in New York does certainly apply
Only been once in my life back in 2008
Always remembered as being totally great

The bright lights of that big city. I feel you took time through it’s streets. I haven’t been there but I thank you for the trip today 😊
