The Box
Just open the box…..
Lift the lid…
Look inside…
Take a breath
And……
Maybe
Just maybe
you’ll see
A gift- something you have always wanted
A sound- that reaches into your dark places and fills you with untold joy
A mirror- to see how you have become…. So very … not you
A hand - that reaches out for you , gently and with confidence
A belief - that you had lost but now waiting for you to pick up and trust
Courage – to change the things you can but mostly to give you strength to…
Just open the box…

VERY clever write LODIGIANA!!......one has to take a chance in this lifetime..... you don't get too many opportunities...... and a little courage goes a long way!!.... but most importantly, proving it to yourself is SO VERY good for the soul, self-esteem, strength of character, self confidence and on & on!!...... Hi Tony,.... yes indeed as I get older I recognise more and more that chances are there to be taken and not avoided Lewis Carroll said, “In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take, relationships we were afraid to have and the decisions we waited too long to make"......I do things now that I would never have done years ago..and happy that I have....I went skydiving a couple of weeks ago...I was terrified ..I wont lie to you.....but so so pleased that I did it..despite a bruised knee...thank you as always dear friend for your lovely comments xxxx
