The brevity of life

The brevity of life

If I was a Fairy godmotherΒ Β I would wave my arm in swirling swishes and grant to you long life and happiness in two of my three wishes
The other wish would be to keep you germ free and no matter what was around about you would be healthy

Alas I have no magic wand hidden up my sleeve nor do I know of any hocus-pocus that I could conjure up and weave
But I can wish you well my friend and hope that you are truly blessedΒ
May sadness and sickness never see you distressed
Good companionship and eating healthy should always be your goal
Exercise with fresh air will heal your heart and soul

Love the life you are living each and every new day
Slow down and take your time the minutes will pass by anyway
We are but mere mortals put on a moving minefield
Born into this wonderful world without guidance or a shield
Tho as age spins those cycles there are lessons to be learned in every road we ramble and each corner that is turned

Do not fret about your fateΒ
worrying is not good for you
Try to put that one on the back-burner no matter what you do
Just put your trust in Que Sera, SeraΒ
and if you have listened to the above whilst singing songs and dancing, doing the things you love
You won’t go far wrong in the brevity of lifeΒ
Frolicking with fun, friends and family should steer you away from strife
