The Cardinal
Boom boom
Boom boom
She runs a race
She can not win
Love out love in love out
Again and again
A pointless feat
Yet she pushes, again
Too much the pain
To bare, quite frankly
The race must end
And this having been all
For nothing (or) everything
She knows it not
But sings the song of it
Anyway
