THE CLOUDS REMEMBERS

My hectic day was over
I grabbed my briefcase
And raced out of the office
Goodbye job, the weekend is here
And I am so excited
As I exit the door I lift my head to the sky
And to my surprise
A shapely cloud caught my eyes
I had never seen this one before
And it looks like a dinosaur
Immediately I recalled my childhood days
When under the South American skies I would gaze
At shifting shapes of clouds with amazement
As hours flew by like the clouds in the sky
Now here I am a grandfather acting like a child
But nothing else mattered that moment, as I smiled
So many of creation has vanished away
Animals and birds has become extinct
Because of man's dislike and disrespect for nature
But the clouds remembers
And before man can plan his path of destruction
For that which the heavens has displayed
The wind comes along
Changing those animated clouds into rain
And washes man's evil thoughts down the drain
Because the clouds remembers.
