The Concrete Jungle

The concrete jungle is not for all to see
Where all the animals look like you and me
Its a world where only the strong survive
and the weak struggle to stay alive
Everyone is a victim over carnal needs
Not caring for consequences because of their greedy
Drugs and money consume their souls
And the count of the victims is the only goal
It's another world that has no care
Warning us everyday what to beware
Our children only see what meets the eye
But in reality it's only a lie
The concrete jungle is here to stay
Growing stronger and stronger every day
Wisdom and knowledge are the tools we need
To conquer the jungle we refuse to see
Blinding ouesourse and turning away
 Does not take away the concrete jungle we see everyday
