THE DOOR TO MY INNER MIND AND SOUL

THE DOOR TO MY INNER MIND AND SOUL

I stand at this door to my inner mind and soul and wonder what is behind it I hear music that is soft very odd sounding, I hear soft voices that say come in,SUDDENLY!!! the  door  opens and black figure grads my arm and drags me in and down I see evil demons along the way thay try to touch me but pull away the music gets louder my heart begins to beat faster then SUDDNLY!! the black figure stops and points to my right I see a white light with dark figure far off cant make out what is,i try to run back to the door but I am stop by the black figure he pulls me down even more and then stops and points to my left I see a red light with red figure I pull away and run back to the door along the way I see dead trees evil demons who try to touch me my heart is beating faster I get to the door and I go thougth and I close the door and run to outer mind and soul where I know I will be safe, the door to my inner mind and soul will always make wonder what the smell was no other smell that is like it, for now I am safe I wil never go to my inner mind and soul agin it is to dark and evil, the door to my inner mind and soul.

Dear Greg,

You have just created a masterpiece, your crowning achievement thus far.  You have taken your readers on a scary journey to the inner sanctums which we all fear.  We tend to protect ourselves and not delve into the depths of our soul.  When we do, as your beautiful words have so stunningly illustrated, it can be like an amusement ride that we took as children, through the "House of Horrors".   However, I feel that sometimes it is worth the terror, to enter in and possibly purge some of our darkest inhibitions. We need more writes like this from you, our Dear Greg.

Peace and Love,

Larry xxx

❝...door  opens and black figure [grads] grabs my arm and drags me in and down I see evil demons along the way [thay] they try to touch me but pull away the music gets louder my heart begins to beat faster then [SUDDNLY] SUDDENLY!!❞ ... Just a few minor typos here, Greg. Nothing major...
We ALL have a dark side, although some will never admit to that.
We are like the cycles of a day—daylight and darkness. One cannot exist without the other.
Nice write, Greg...
