THE MOON LIGHT,
AND STARS ARE BRIGHTAS SHE DANCES GRACEFULLY,
AND PEACEFULLY,HER EVERY MOVEMENT,
TELLS THE STORY OF,THE DYING SWAN,

Greg it looks like god Marion beat me to the poetic punch with her comment about Swan Lake.
But suffice to say a beautiful poem you have finely well written and that enchanting video mirrors your poem perfectly.
Well done and kudos to you and full honours respectfully bestowed.
And Greg remain poetry enriched and your ink is so thoughtful and engaging in what you have to say and portray...
A touch of poetry class.
Thank you shaun it’s an older poem They wrote back in 2016 hearing Cosmo thought I just bring it forward thank you for reading thank you for liking and giving the stars
Beautiful Greg, your poems always tell a story. They are a joy to read
Thank you fish
Stunning Greg
This is so true my friend. Ballet is a language of movement. I loved this so much. Beautifully penned and great choice of video and imagery :) x
thank you Gwendoline
this 2 is old poem
going back 5 years
Odette the swan pribcess that has the spell on her tbat she is a swan and
wben she falls in love with her prince.. it is a sad ironic ending...... The black swan was a great movie about Swan Lake. Your poem is simple and in its simplicity lies its elegance and makes it profound.. The contrast between a ballet dancer an= the beautiful dying graceful swan is just darkly beautiful.
I enjoyed this poem.
Susanna
Thank you so much Susanna
Well thank you and I must apologize for my typos in my previous comment. The sad truth is when I do my texting or writing on my cell phone, my visual problems put a foot in it. Sigh, a sad truth of age. But the essence was on target and thank you for writing and reading.
Susanna
