The Family Reunion
Tomorrow after seven months, of being torn apart;
We are having a family reunion, with many heart to hearts!
The separation has been a sad one, yet, it’s the way things had to be;
But the problems have been resolved now, between Linda, my son, and me!

He has shown he is remorseful, and asked us to him embrace;
The anger has been buried, with forgiveness in its place!
Our hearts are pounding rapidly, with anticipation of hugs and kiss;
We’ve been in great-grandchild withdrawal, we so sorely have it missed!

The drought will end tomorrow, and love will rain on all;
It proves that when you fall down, you can rise and then stand tall!
Tomorrow, tomorrow, we love you, you are just a day away;
Many Souls will be reunited, lots of love is here to stay!

I just want to say publicly how much I love my Dad. I did many wrong things in my life with our relationship. I was very foolish. I grew up thinking for the last 30 years that he never loved me, as he maybe thought the same thing. What a terrible thing it was to hold that in . I will never forsake him ever again ! I am glad that we have reunited , and things will be better from here on out. All I ever wanted my whole life was my Dad, and all I had to do was ask !

It was a GREAT day yesterday and to cap it all off The Steelers beat New England LOL .
