Poem -

THE FLY CATCHER (OR NOT)

What I wonder shall I write today
So many subjects I have to say
I could write about this pesky fly
Just can't catch it however hard I try

It goes around in circles attracted by light
Gets on my nerves both day and night
Doesn't make a sound which I'm thankful for
How to catch it I'm not really sure

Then a thought occurred to me as I sat in my chair
I will leave it be after all that's fair
If the fly is like me he will melt in this heat
Hoping soon he will beat a hasty retreat

I hate pesky flies, I love the title of this piece, nothing is worse than being out flown by a fly
