The Fraud of Title IV-D

The divorce is done and final 
Your  children are split up, 
Your Ex Is coming after you
But  now take a close-up:

In 1975 President Ford signed into law
The Social Security Amendments, 
Of 1974 now called Title IV-D Funding
Which accumulates more dollars than cents

A big disaster a financial mess
Where all of the money goes,
Back into the Judges deep pockets 
There the money freely flows

The money was to help children 
In desperate and financial need,
Every dollar of child support is matched
By Title IV-D Funding to succeed 

With Federal funding happily going
Giving Family Court something to do,
Extorting out of the Noncustodial parent
To increase each states revenue 

Remember that Title IV-D is devastating 
And will affect all those that participates,
Judges, Lawyers, Psychologists and GALS
Sadly the parent-child relationship dissipates

Title IV-D Funding is more than fraud
For Parental Alienation now builds a wall,
While the Noncustodial parent will pay
Dearly for not getting to see their child at all
