THE GHOST SHIP

In the mist of the night
200 years agoÂ
Out at sea was captainÂ
Drinking tea with thisÂ
2 lovely daughtersÂ
When all SUDDEN!!!!!Â
Over the waters cameÂ
A storm it rained and itÂ
was windy and his 2Â
Daughters criedÂ
and then sang a lullaby and the
Captain drank wine before
they sank in to the seaÂ
Every year since thatÂ
Night when ever there wasÂ
storm you can hear the Â
2 little girls CRYINGÂ
And singing there lullabyÂ
On the THE GHOST SHIP

Love this GREG!! (not gregory)...it's a VERY creative tale.....and it actually has some basis in truth for there are many "old tales" of ships and shipwrecks that have similar intent.....But you've created a home for them all here brother!!......ALL STARS!!.....High Fives!!.......LOVE & ROCKETS!!......T xo : )
thank you TonyÂ
i love this taleÂ
Â
Greg, thanks for writing and sharing this, I love reading a creepy haunting one and if it's about a ghost ship then doubly so.
A well written tale with a great and tragic payoff, the way all haunting tales should tell.
Five stars and pinned for a reread on a cold stormy night.
Thanks again Greg and I wish you well sir.
Â
