The Gifts Of The Magi

The Magi have brought us precious gifts, first one, then two, then three;
They’ve made our world so full of joy, priceless do they be!
Nico was the first to come, beautiful beyond belief;
With love for all he encountered, he never bared his teeth!

They brought baby Cody for our second, t'was love at very first sight;
Inseparable doggie Soulmates, together day and night!
We spent Christmases’ together, our loving family;
But too soon you were both victims, of your short longevity!

Then the Magi felt our suffering, and brought our final gift;
A little girl named Cookie, our spirits did she lift!
So Merry Christmas Nico and Cody, we remember you each year;
The three of us all wishing, that our little boys still were here!
