Now for some reason this reminded me of the good ship lolley pop
combined with Over the Rainbow...... and that is playing in the background while I read this... and for some reason The words and the music together made me very sad.. Like this is a childlike hope and ideal.. but no one really believe it will come true.. but yet they dream and dream..
Ir is in the rhythm of your poems and the way the words are used. that makes them have that second look quality.i like that.

Greg simply sublime in what you have written here, a joy to read about an ode to the heart.
A heart filled with truths and honesty and as you say above, inspired by the black and white classic movie A Streetcar Named Desire and you mention Brando and his good friend Karl Malden was in it too.
Great movie to be draw inspiration from and mirrored in what you have superbly written and presented.

Greg just a quick heads up check out the movie western called One-Eyed Jacks and that stars Marlon Brando and Karl Malden and it was directed by Brando himself, the only movie he ever directed and is a bloody good movie.
