The Honeymooners- Part II

When we woke up on Sunday morning, we did mattress aerobics in our room;
But just as I have told you, you’ll get nothing more out of this groom!
Then Linda’s Sister and her husband, met us the Hilton’s Breakfast Buffet;
After that, we kissed them goodbye, packed and were on our way!
.
It was very cold out on that Sunday, unseasonable for early June;
We even saw some snow flurries, but our spirits they could not ruin!
For we were headed to Old Hyannis, for ten days of wedded bliss;
To a place called “The Cape Codder”, to snuggle, hug, and kiss!
.
They rolled out for us the “Red Carpet”, when they heard we were Newlyweds;
They upgraded us to a Suite room, with a giant king size bed!
In the room there was a bottle, of a very nice Champagne;
But what happened after we drank it, from telling, I must refrain!
.
Later we phoned down to the restaurant, to have dinner in our room;
We ate it there in candlelight, gourmet food for the Bride and Groom!
We polished off another bottle, it was Schaffer’s fine Merlot;
After dinner, we listened to soft music, and held in the moon’s bright glow!
.
We talked about how great it was, to now be man and wife;
This glorious beginning, that we chose to start our life!
We laid together, in the king size bed, and had a “Rhapsody In Blue”;
Don’t ask me to explain it, for that’s all I’m telling you!
.
.
Married just one day
Off to Cape Cod for ten more
Now Husband and Wife

Dear Greg,
We do remember on that Sunday, seeing a very weird guy, in the car next to us stopped at a traffic light. Were you driving an old beat up Volkswagon Beetle, wit peace and love signs painted all over it, in those days? Ha, Ha!! Drumroll!!!
Love,

Dear Tony,
I was hoping that maybe you could "feel" the "Rhapsody in Blue" too. Of course I've only covered two days here, and there is a lot more "coverage", to discuss, if you get my drift.
Peace, Love and Rockets,
