The Honeymooners Part V- P’Town

A couple of days later, after an early morning repartee (censored);
We headed South, down to Old Provincetown, a nice place to spend the day!
Many greatly gifted people, work there all year round;
Well known American artists, in Galleries there are found!
.
Of course, “we” painted the utmost picture, an “American Gothic” so beautiful;
The love jumping from the canvas, with our hearts and souls so full!
We ate lunch at a famous Playhouse, where at night they had great shows;
But by day, the actors all were waiters, to help their coffers grow!
.
We had a very handsome waiter, it was love for him at first sight;
But it was not for my beautiful dear Linda, I was a little bit uptight!
After I turned down his proposal, told him I already had a mate;
He hugged Linda when she came back from the restroom, and made our meal great!
.
He took this photo of us holding, overlooking P’Town Bay;
We left a while after, having had another glorious day!
I didn’t tell Linda what had happened, yet driving back she said;
“I think that waiter had the hots for you, but please don’t let it go to your head”!
.
.
To Old Provincetown
There came a great work of art

My Dear Brother Tony,
You are unbelievable! "you handsome lad you"!! Those are the exact same words the waiter said! You must be psychic.
I so admire two qualities of Linda, first, her being the "master of understatement", and second, the beauty of her undergarments.
Love you Bro,
Larry xxx
