Stop the bus I wanna get off!
Dear head calm done
Dear legs desist
I have reached my destination

let me pause
Remember who I am
Take a moment to compose
Not decompose
And be me

remind myself it’s ok to me
That ME is good
And you are simply white noise
And I have value

In push and shove
We push and shove
but I am someone
Someone who has a voice

Small voice- but screaming to be heard
A lion,
Both beautiful to roar
And gentle to touch

But come too close 
And I will bite
For protection I will  fight

I have reached my destination
