The Kangeroo 🦘

The Kangeroo 🦘

Way over yonder where the billabong flows..lives a rather funny looking animal with an unusual amount of toes

Whilst every other creature boasts ten,Ā Ā just like most of the earth’s species..These marsupials have eight little stumpy fat pieces

A Kangeroo has three legs,
and the Scientists have just found that fact out..well isn’t this so very peculiar, What is that all about?

You see, apparently whilst the two hind legs always stand..This creature’s rear tail is a third leg which it uses to landĀ

These wallaby characters pounce and jump..but when they are defending themselves, they don’t half punch with a boxer’s thrusty thump

So if you are ever in the outback,
be very careful what you do..Coz
you may get a right smack in the face from the antagonist kangaroo

Now on the front of their chest
they wear a pouch for their small..
This is so much handier for little kangaroos, there’s no need to run after their Mammy at tall

As she carries the littleuns around
in a cozy bag all made out of fur..
they are constantly as warm as toast, so Mammy keeps them safe from harm’s way all the time with her

Kangeroos have very long ā€˜pear-like’ bodies with such small, deer shaped faces..and though they jump all the time, they look so full of ā€˜airs & graces’

I’ve never, ever had the privilege to see a real live kangaroo, only in a book..but mind you I can’t help thinking how very comical they look...
