The moment I first kissed you, I knew you were sent from up above;
To cure me for eternity, of unrequited love!
Your lips so softly parted, and met mine in ecstasy;
At that very moment, I realized, we were meant to be!

Two Souls that had pledged their love before, only to find spouses were untrue;
But when we finally found each other’s, true love did then ensue!
For the first time it felt so natural, to open up our hearts;
To share life’s joys forever, and to never be apart!

No need to keep our guards up, or play hackneyed foolish games;
We knew in that very instant, that we would share the same last name!
Now, a quarter century later, our love grows stronger every day;
