The lament of the Seafaring Sailor

The lament of the Seafaring Sailor

A tide turns with the cycle of the sea
An ebb and
flow of eternity
Such a sensational sight that I absolutely adore watching the breaking waves sweep the shore
By Mother Nature’s mighty hands she moves the ocean at her commands

A neverending splashing sound as water swishes all around
Mixtures of bluey green, paint pretty pallettes of aquamarine
As the setting sun saturates the horizon shining glorious golden hues on a sailing ship’s mizen
There is no where else I’d rather be than paddling betwixt the briney sea

“Seafaring sailor drop your anchor deep down amidst the salty foam.. collect your courage and dive the depths to swim back safely to your home”
“Your fisher-wife is waiting with worriesome’s from her fisherman.. so speed ye’ swiftly seafaring sailor and reach the rugged rocks whence you can”
