the Love of a Child

As I cradle you within my arms
dreaming of the path you will walk
Praying life will treat you kindly
And you will have purity of thought
I pray the Angels will guide you
Tread carefully by your side
Keep a watchful eye
On this precious child of mine
The innocence of a child
The sweetness of its smell
The tenderness evoked
Leaves a magic spell
You have given me such joy
Asking nothing but love
Such tenderness my darling
You're like the sunshine up above
Forever my love will guide you
Forever I will pray
Forever my precious angel
Forever come what may
When my time on earth is over
When it's time to say goodbye
I'll take you in my arms again
Whispering my spirit will never die

Thanks so much, yes our spirit stays with us and when we
go it is my belief that we still take care of our young ones
not everyone will agree but to me it's a bond that never breaks

Love holds no bounds where our children are concerned.Β They are a
gift to us and it's up to us to look after them. Β We are lucky it must be
terrible for those couples who are not able to have children.
