The Magic Roundabout

Le Manege Enchante'

The Magic Roundabout

Zebedee ushered people along before the time was gone,
we clambered on to a blue horse and entry was done,
to realize your dream made us grin at each other,
like when you knew that I was finally your lover.

Florence strutted around making sure you were tied in,
no one knew where our journey might really begin,
we went to exotic places with pale brown faces,
and could see coloured mystery put thro' it's paces.

Dougal waddled along like Tony Hancock in his heydey,
now you can easily get a white fluffy copy on eBay,
he made jokes about Dylan - 'coughs and sneezes spreadĀ
diseases,' but before he could finish, it was time for bed.

Emintrude looked down at Earthly people stuck down below,
when will they ever learn to reduce troubles all set in a row.
