The Man at the wedding

To feel like you know someone,
To feel at a distance yet so close,
Dancing in the flames of each other's company,
The quiet company of awkwardness,
That climbs over bodies like a
Fire eslcalating from each tree branch
Becoming entangled in the trees,
Intricate lies, it tells with it's
Immovable-untraceable-non existent expression face.
To be seen not as a person but as another soul.
To be seen into, not through, not at.
Into the ancient abyss,
Into the fire, the fractal dimension which invites you in,
to smaller, untouchable feelings
That are so small in their fractal dimension,
like the cell that is a smaller fractal version of the universe itself.
The units of consciousness become apparent
In that moment when the flames of awkwardness dance around us, dancing.
