Poem -

The masterpiece you created.

The masterpiece you created.

Pieces of me are still left on the bed sheets I sleep in and maybe that’s why I feel like me staying in my bed all day. The tea I drink reminds me of you its sweet and warm but the more you drink the more bitter and cold it gets; and I sipped one to many times and you were gone. You completed me and since you’ve left I have felt incomplete but that’s normal because when someone puts stars in your eyes and rivers in your veins and creates a masterpiece then tend to not see the work of art they have created; they don’t see the beauty of it. You didn’t see the beauty you created for me and so you left me. You saw someone else masterpiece and that’s okay because I might not see it but people around have seen me and they think your work is beautiful and that’s the last thing I’m ever going to tell you; thank you for making me a masterpiece.
