THE MIDNIGHT WALTZ

The orchestra plays the
Waltzs the blue danube
It is midnight the moon
And the stars are bright
And they danced in the
Light of the moon to the
Waltzs they danced divine
As they wine and dine and
Had a fine night beyond
This waltz is world
With out faults as the
Night went on the
Orchestra played
Swan lake waltzs
And the minute waltzs
And as night comes
To morning the
Orchestra plays the
Sunrise waltzs and
As the sunrised the
The skies were blue
And in their eyes
Was love they kissed
And said good night
To a fine night.

Brilliant Greg...thoroughly enjoyed x
I believe we all need and yearn for a little romance from time to time .
And can freely be found in your wondrous waltz poem Greg.
A superb write that takes one on a romantic escape and a return to better days.
Full honours and respectfully given and thank you for writing and sharing my friend.
this is a fine poem in its very own write Gregg .. and for some reason other than just the subject matter, it reminds me of Mr. Leonard Cohens 'the waltz' and his 'dance me to the end of love' ... maybe its because I'm a sucker for his ink ............................... Take care my friend .. Neville :)
Thank you Neville
