THE MOUNTAIN OF MY LIFE

I stand on the top of
the mountain of life 
i can look down at my
life that i have had
and say why and then
i look down at my the rest 
of my life i see white clouds
and dark clouds blue skys
and birds and the ocean
and wonder what the rest 
of the journey of my life
will be and
what knew adventure 
will happen will the 
the love of my love 
come to me or will i
die a lonely old man 
will my heath always 
be the same i know 
there will be pain sorrow
and tears a long the way 
and wonder how much
longer will i live i hope 20
30 year the mountain  of my life
