THE NEW FOOTBALL SEASON

The football season comes around again once more 
Expectations will be high that's for certain and sure 
Who knows what the new season will deliver and bring 
Without no fans in the stadium to cheer and to sing 

Being a Rams fan I hope of course for promotion 
I will no doubt live through every emotion 
Every kick I will kick every goal I will cheer so loud
Hoping that the mighty Rams will do me proud 

So come on Derby County on that pitch do your stuff
Every match I'm sure will be difficult and tough 
Some matches we will win and I will be a happy guy 
Will continue to support Derby to the day that I die
