The 'One'

The 'One'

Waiting in the ether of silent asking subconscious,
outside a grieved boundary of distant dreams,
a presence is crystallising, whispering their name
for tomorrow's tidings.
A subliminal intermittent white noise,
alerting budding goosebumps to the surface.
An ache soon to disperse in smoke drifting to happen.
A maturing chemical angst now quietening to a prime species.
Then a primal knowing instructs the hunt,
firing the loins of creation, optimising every need sensation
until all white noise fizzles into vapouring readiness.
Compose and steady the tightrope been walked.

Now open the eyes of 'heart'
and see

                the 'One'
