The Path

This dark path

I see you there

Not disappearing in mid air

I turn away to see the light

Jesus waiting in plain sight

You say my name and grab my arm

I push away not in any harm

I hear the angels singing their song

For ever and ever I know nothing is wrong

I laugh, I smile, tears roll on my face

This soul will last in forever grace

You cast your devils down on this earth

I've been protected by my God since birth

You will never win, I will never cry

For God will direct the path when I die

Bye bye
