The pirate and the lady

The pirate and the lady

Once lived a pirate that was dirty and disgusting and he was mean he was not a nice man no one was a fan, he robbed your gold and sold it,
he killed and burned everything he was not a nice man, The  lady was a very nice Lady kind and caring very beautiful went to church all the time everyone liked her, when the pirate was out at sea and saw another ship he would say let’s take it so they did and took its gold and  treasure. The lady was not a princess but an every day person had a job as a servant , The pirate sailed into her town The town didn’t mind them staying on the docks never going into more of the city they could eat and drink in the pubs along the waterfront and couldn't go anywhere else and after to go back to the ship, The pirate and his crew eating in the pub and drink and had a lots of fun then the pirate said this would be a great place To Rob and burn as the pirate went walking around the Town, JUST!!!!  then he saw the lady IT stunned him he never saw a lady SO beautiful before as her he followed her and said hi, she said get away from me you dirty old pirate and said other mean things to him he stood there not understanding he tried to be nice. So you went back to the pub and ate and drank some more very drunk he went back to the town singing making lots of noises and came to the ladies house stood there  calling the lady woke up opened the window to see who it was It’s you that dirty pirate she says why can’t you leave me alone or I will call and she did  the guards  took him away put him in jail where he fell asleep next morning he woke up not remembering anything they told him what he did he said he needs to apologize they said you can’t go back and we will come get you again and the pirate said can you go get her so I can apologize they went and got her and she said to him why can’t you leave me alone you dirty old pirate he didn’t understand he was trying to be nice for the first time in his life so he said to her what do I have to do to get you to like me So she told him and with a tear in his eyes I don’t think I can do that I don’t know how so he goes back to the ship and  sailed away as he turned around looks at her house and sees her in the window and sailed  off but he keeps thinking  what the lady said maybe he could change he was willing to try halfway out to sea  he said take me back so they did and lowed  the rowboat and took him in he said leave me here I will stay here forever he looked for a bathhouse he found asked if  could a shave and a haircut  new clothes to wear the bathhouse was shocked to see a nice looking man after so was he so bought some flowers and went to the ladies house knock on the door she open the door and said who are you he told her he was this the dirty old pirate she was shocked the way he looked  he says will you help me be what you said the other day and  and be my lady in time she says yes I will in time he became a kind and caring gentleman and one day they got married and  lived happily ever after.

Wow Greg, I am late to the party but I am so pleased I thought to check your page :) I so enjoyed your short story. How love can change us. There is a message inside your words and it’s beautiful to read. I was gutted when he sailed away, but then he turned back :) such a great twist and ending with them together. Lovely read. Thanks so very much
