The Place I Run To.

The Place I Run To.

I've always ran away,
took off to a place where I could sit and think,
a place where my mind could simply sink.
It's never to far from home,
but it's the perfect place to be alone.
They ask "why do you run when you feel low?"
I run to escape that torment, for I fear letting go.
