The Player Who Got Played

Women were nothing to him except notches in his belt.
He would love them and leave them and didn't care how miserable they felt.
He told them that he loved them and then he broke their hearts.
He dumped them after getting sex and caused their lives to fall apart.
But he met somebody special, wonderful and unique, a woman who he could love.
He loved her but she didn't feel the same, revenge was what she was thinking of.
She made him fall so hard for her that he bought a ring and proposed.
She told him that she was just using him and it was a devastating blow.
He used her sister and she tried to commit suicide because he didn't love her.
She's in a coma and the doctors don't expect her to recover.
He didn't care who he hurt, he cared about nothing but getting laid.
Now he's miserable and nursing a broken heart, the player got played.
