The Poet
I write the words that come from my heart, with emotions that always are true;
I always place my readers needs above mine, for I strive to fully please you!
I talk of my pain, I talk of my joy, some odes are happy and some sad;
Because that is how all our lives will play out, one day weโre smiling, the next one is bad!
I call what we have โThe Pendulum of Lifeโ, it swings back and forth every day;
If one day weโre happy and smiling a lot, the sadness is not far away!
The trick we must learn is to deal with the bad, adversities perpetual twist;
And when one gets you down, to try and look up, deep depression to learn to resist!
Of course that is easier, said than is done, for the heart has its Achilles Heel;
And when life heaps upon us its valleys of woe, we all find it is so hard to deal!
So I bring you my poems to read every day, they deal with lifeโs ups and its downs;
And I hope that they bring joy to your hearts, this loving Cosmo family I have found!

Our Dear G,
So often time is our disadvantage, for we live 5-6 hours away from you, and instead of being able to respond spontaneously, your day has started long before ours. ย But always know that if our words are not forthcoming instantly the echoes from our hearts are. ย We love you and will always be at your side even though separated by thousands of miles. ย To hear that our words bring you joy, and relief from your pain is the culmination of our desires. ย Each time we see your name on a comment or message, we eagerly rush to get to it, hoping that we have brought you some semblance of happiness. ย Of course, there is the other side of the coin, when you realize that Larry is having a rough time and your beautiful words bring him joy and love, too. ย What a wonderful "quid pro quo" relationship, which will last for all time.
