The Price

The Price

Colors gently fades as cost
Time goes as chances are lost
shadows pursuing the light
 slowly takes over my sight

You couldn’t give that piece of sky
So I had to break free and fly
Where Harmonies once echoed
Silence now swells and bellows
Drowning it all
