The reason for the season

Christmas time is here
Lets spread the joy and cheer 
Santa has his place 
But Jesus is the reason 

For this holiday season 
When you look up at night 
You see a star that reminds you 
Of HIM lying in the manger 

Spreading HIS love for all to share
So when you are gathered all around
On this perfect Christmas Day 
Always remember and cherish 

This day for the love 
HE gave to us on this most  wonderful season
