The Resolution

Tomorrow starts a brand new year, another one has passed;
I am hoping highly that this one, is much better than the last!
For we lost our Dearest Cody, he joined our Nico in the sky;
Now, with both our children missing, so often do we cry!

Of course, this year had highlights, we made a major move;
For family and financial gain, and to get back in our groove!
We bought a nice new Hyundai, to start our lives anew;
We have lots of family now lives near, and we love them very true!
.
It’s time again this evening, when people reflect on the year just passed;
And make some resolutions, that they hope will ever last!
My Linda and I will make one, then seal it with a kiss;
To try and recover from the sadness, of our Soulmates dearly missed!
