Poem -

The reward of tulips.

The small bulbs are planted in winter.  The air
is cold and the ground hard.   But the hope of
seeing beautiful tulips
in the spring is stronger.

So digging thru tough dirt has a meaning, vision and an end date.

Just when winter gets it's
roughest,  a small green
leaf of the tulip peaks out thru the melting snow.

The rewards of hard work, faith and hope.
