Poem -

The Secretary of Hades

why wont you let me be
you watch me drown and yet you dont save me
i give it all to you and put my soul in your waste paper basket
is that where they all go
the ones who let go
the ones who give in
you who caused them to sin
see i wasnt born like this you made me cold you made me mean
you did not tread lightly and you trampled my dreams down into the hades where you dwell
my soul was not yours to sell
i was an Angel who never knew he fell
And she cant tell whats wrong with you she utters as she barters the next soul
why so cold i fight and fight but in the end i yeald for she torments me with obscene mental imagery ohh Secretary leave me be
fill your next complaint
im gone now your to late
out into the mystery
