THE SHADOW OF YOUR SMILE
The shadow of your smileĀ
Drapes across my heartĀ
Filling every partĀ
With tiny electrons of loveĀ
My entire body quakes
With unexplained emotionsĀ
Whenever I hearĀ
The sound of your voice Ā
You intoxicate my sensesĀ
With your aroma of desired fragrancesĀ
Causing my mind to go into a tailspinĀ
Of romantic elisions and alluring dreamsĀ
Kiss me...Ā
And I melt like ice on hot coalsĀ
Hold me...
And I am lost in a heavenly euphoriaĀ
Smile for me...
And all my thoughts of a happy life
Emerges from the radianceĀ
Of your beautiful face
In the shadow, of your smile.

A poem to wash over and captivate any romantic out there and does it so well.
A beauteous write like that of a love letter to that someone special in one's life who would be held spell bound in what it tenderly says.
One for Valentine's Day and one for all to share.Ā
I really wanted to put my girlfriend picture here.. lol but did not want to over do it since I had placed her pic in a few of my poems already. Lol.
She does things to me that my limited vocabulary cannot put into words..
But my love and deep desire for her, causes me to try.
